This XClutch performance upgrade has been specifically designed and engineered to suit the 2018-2024 Jeep Wrangler 3.6L and 2020-2024 Jeep Gladiator 3.6L. Designed as a direct fit conversion from the factory twin disc kit, this upgrade offers a heavy-duty solution for vehicles up to 400 ft-lbs of torque and is designed for off-road use whilst retaining excellent driveability for the street. The self-adjusting pressure plate offers a consistent pedal feel and clutch performance over its lifetime by compensating for friction disc wear and the flywheel has been specially engineered to provide increased mass to assist in low-speed maneuverability on the trails.  

This upgrade comes in kit form and includes the heavy-duty pressure plate, sprung organic friction disc, custom flywheel, release bearing and alignment tool.

Pressure Plate

Self-adjusting performance pressure plate delivering increased torque capacity whilst retaining excellent driveability. The self-adjusting mechanism ratchets over time to compensate for friction disc wear, giving consistent pedal feel and performance.

Friction Disc

High torque sprung organic friction disc which is ideal for daily driven vehicles requiring pedal modulation.

Flywheel

Custom engineered flywheel that has been designed specifically for the XClutch Gladiator upgrade. This flywheel has been developed to fit the performance pressure plate whilst retaining the inertia required for optimum performance.

Release Bearing

Replacement release bearing designed to work specifically for the XClutch performance pressure plate.

Alignment Tool

For ease of installation, this XClutch Gladiator upgrade includes a clutch alignment tool to assist with input shaft alignment for reinstallation of the transmission.

XClutch upgrades come in a variety of styles and configurations to align with the performance goals of your vehicle. Performance upgrades such as these are designed primarily for increased clamping force and performance. Whilst we carefully design each product to minimise increases to NVH, please note that this upgrade may result in changed NVH in the cabin. This is especially prevalent with single mass flywheel conversions and lightweight multi-disc upgrades. This is a normal characteristic for this style of product and is not covered by warranty.
